It wasn't really warm out, but it was fairly clear and Lana just didn't want to stay in her cottage anymore. At least here she might run into others and not feel so alone.

So, she'd brought a book and a blanket to the park so she could sit on the bench by the pond and just enjoy the outdoors for a while.
